Tiffany Drahonovsky is a long time Franklin, WI resident who brings a unique approach to real estate. For each client that sells or buys a property with Tiffany, a donation to a local dog rescue group or shelter is made.
After a successful career of 20 years in corporate sales leadership, she jumped into real estate right as the worldwide lockdown took effect. Tiffany joined a real estate investing company and underwrote properties that were being considered for flipping. During this time she sold over 93 houses in 17 months, mostly to cash buyers. Calculating risk, what improvements would bring value and deciding the best exit strategy (Flip, Wholesale, Wholetail or Hold) per property based on the current project load was the focus of her role.
Determining the After Repair Value (ARV) and Statement of Work (SOW) to get each property to top value were key functions. This experience led Tiffany throughout southeastern Wisconsin, focusing on the Greater Milwaukee Area, to really understand the nuances of value in differing neighborhoods. She also learned that real estate is more about people going through a transition in their lives than about houses. It’s this caring and knowing that translates so well to Buyers and Sellers. Tif can prescribe the right level of service to sell a home filled with belongings or a home that’s been meticulously maintained.
As a real estate investor, Tiffany is well networked in the community. Knowing the service professionals, clean out crews, and contractors that buyers and sellers need to make their home perfect, or ready a home for sale, is a great resource for her clients.
When not practicing real estate, Tiffany can be found walking her rescue dog, Faye, staying fit in Zumba or Spin class, enjoying live music, car shows or art events. Tiffany lives in Franklin, WI with her teenage son, Cruz.
